Not all of my items arrived in one package?

Sometimes we ship orders in multiple shipments in order to get some of your items to you faster. But no need to worry because all of your items are on their way!

I didn't receive my order confirmation email?

Please check your SPAM folder to see if the confirmation email is in there. If not, the email address was most likely typed incorrectly during checkout. Send us a message through our Contact page with your name, order number (if you have it), and the correct email address.
